Lancaster, PA - On Saturday, Lackawanna College runner, Keishanda Phillips, took 1st place in the first ever Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference Cross County Championships with a time of 22:51; Lady Falcon, Stacy Desir finished 3rd, finishing the race in 24:04.
