Falcons remain Undefeated in Conference Play with Win over ASA

Brooklyn, NY - Andrew Ford and Kani Kane led the Lackawanna College football team to their second conference of the season, as the Falcons beat ASA College Saturday Afternoon by a 63-13 score. Ford threw two touchdown passes, one a 64 bomb to Gary Gore, the other a 15 yard scoring strike to DJ Myers and scored again on a 15 yard rush. Kane scored three times on runs of 5, 6 and 5 yards.

Other notable plays in the win, were a 40 yard touchdown sprint by Terry Norris,  a 10 yard TD sprint by Jamaz Richardson and an 84 interception return by Kapri Ducet for a score.

Leading statistical leaders were Terry Norris who rushed for 67 yards in 7 carries; Ford, who threw for 300 yards on 12 completions in 19 attempts; and, John Williams, who caught 3 passes for 84 yards.

Defensively, Doucet recorded 9 tackles and his touchdown scoring interception.

Lackawanna returns to action next Saturday when they travel to New Rochel, New Yok to play Monroe College in a Northeast Conference Contest.
