(Scranton, PA) – The Lady Falcons defeated Manor College 103-51 Thursday night. Lackawanna extended their winning streak to 12 games and hold a 13-3 (8-2) record.
The first quarter got off to a fast start for both teams. Manor went 6-11 from three-point land, and stayed on top of the Falcons till the end of period. Lackawanna edged ahead to lead 26-25. The Lady Falcons took control of the game in the second quarter, Briaunna McCullough scored 9 points to help give the Lackawanna a 49-36 lead at halftime.
Manor College's Emazhane Livingston fouled out in the middle of the third quarter which forced the team to play with four women. Lackawanna used the advantage to spread the ball around offensively. Kyla Smith, Chyna Wooten, Keyanah Price, Briaunna McCullough, and Jamie Brann scored in the double digits, combining for 62 points. Lackawanna won 103-51.
